When this business segment transitioned to Deutsche Bahn AG on April 1, 2002, Norbert Becker was initially Managing Director at DB Telematik GmbH and later Managing Director at GE Field Services in DB Systel.
Dörte Basler has been the Head of Human Resources at DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH since 2018.
Dörte Basler studied engineering economics and business administration and has been operating with the DB Group for many years.
After 12 years of professional experience in specialist and leading functions in personnel management, she took over the commercial management at a DB Regio transportation company in Saxony in 2009. From there she transferred to the infrastructure division of the DB Group and was responsible for human resources management at DB Netz AG in two regional areas from 2011 to 2017.
Dörte Basler was responsible for project and sub-project management in numerous group and business unit projects dealing with the strategic orientation of the Human Resources department and the future of infrastructure.
Martin Kaloudis has been the managing director for Operations at the DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH since May 2017.
Martin Kaloudis graduated with a diploma degree in business mathematics in Marburg in 1997 and subsequently worked for a management consultancy TRIA AG in Munich an Friedrichshafen.
In 1999, he started at Transport, Logistics and IT-Consulting, a predecessor of today's DB Systel. There he was operating as a software developer, project manager and in the end as division manager for IT methods, standards and certification as well as commercial services.
In 2009, he constructed an executive board department for technology within a strategy team at DB AG. He changed 2011 to the infrastructure division and was leading concurrently DB Netz's Technology and Asset Management Telecommunications.
